Dog Gone Wild

Kentucky Greetings, WoodyWatchers! We are so excited about our brand new story that will be coming out in the newspapers in September! So far, 61 papers have signed up and the good news is there is still time! The even better news - it's FREE! YES, FREE to your newspaper. So, if you don't see your newspaper on the list below, call them and say, "Aren't you going to run Woody's story this fall?" If they say, "We need more details," then just give them the following information from Kentucky Press Association:

Woody and Chloe present their newest serial story, "Dog Gone Wild" by Kentucky author Leigh Anne Florence and a new illustrator, Kentucky's Paul Brett Johnson. The theme this year is camping, the environment and how to be a survivor.

Never run a serial story? It's real easy and free. All it takes is just one weekly quarter page or larger to publish the serial story and illustration. Some newspapers find a business or two to help pay for the space.
The first chapter must publish the week of Sept. 14. Get started by submitting the application for the CD at www.kypress.com. Newspapers can link their subscribers to a podcast (Woody reading the story) at www.kypress.com.
This year's statewide sponsors are LG&E/KU, Secretary of States Office and KPA.
