TAILS from Ohio County

Kentucky Greetings, WoodyWatchers! It is Wednesday morning and Chloe and I are catching up on our chores, answering emails, and taking CAT naps in between! We have been on the road lately. In fact, our past two school visits have been in Ohio County, Kentucky - one at Southern Elementary, the other at Western Elementary. Mrs. Janice Snodgrass is the librarian at both Southern and Western. She took great care of us!

This past Thursday was spent at Southern Elementary. Southern is a beautiful school with great students and teachers! When we arrived at Southern, we noticed there was a cool paw print on the outside of the building! Chloe and I couldn't believe that Mrs. Snodgrass put that up for us. (We later found out that Southern is the "Home of the Bobcats." Therefore, we paw print was probably for their own mascot, but it was cool just the same!)

Yesterday found our family at Western Elementary. Like Southern, Western was a gorgeous school with terrific people. Every one of those "Western TIGERS" made us feel like family! It was a perfect day!

As usual, Dad took tons of photos. We will put them in the Photo Section at the end of the month. Until then, I tried to pick out a few for you to see. Take a look at the last photo. One of the students at Western had a neat shirt about math! Mom is not the greatest with numbers, so she thought it was especially funny!

I better go! We are loading up the Woody Bus to head to Sand Gap Elementary in Jackson County. Can't wait to "BARK" all about it!

Have a great day! Keep plenty of water in your water bowl and Work and Dream like a BIG DOG!
